Crown of Greed is a dungeon-crawling RPG developed by Avarice Studios. Players navigate procedurally generated dungeons, engaging in turn-based combat against various enemy types. The core gameplay loop revolves around exploration, combat, and loot acquisition, with a focus on character progression through itemization and skill tree customization.

The game features a top-down isometric perspective. Combat is initiated upon encountering enemies and unfolds in a turn-based system where players and enemies act sequentially. Abilities are managed via a cooldown system, and resource management plays a role in sustained encounters.

Key features include:

• Procedural Dungeons: Each run generates a unique dungeon layout, enemy placement, and loot distribution.
• Turn-Based Combat: Strategic encounters requiring tactical use of abilities and itemization.
• Class System: Choose from three distinct starting classes, each with unique active and passive abilities:
  • Warrior: Specializes in melee combat and defense.
  • Rogue: Focuses on stealth, critical hits, and ranged attacks.
  • Mage: Utilizes elemental spells for crowd control and damage.
• Extensive Loot System: Discover a wide array of weapons, armor, and accessories with varying rarities and stat bonuses.
• Skill Trees: Invest skill points to unlock new abilities and enhance existing ones, tailoring your character’s playstyle.
• Boss Encounters: Challenging boss fights at the end of each dungeon level, requiring specific strategies to overcome.
• Crafting System: Utilize collected resources to craft new items or upgrade existing equipment.
• Permanent Death (Optional): A hardcore mode where character progress is reset upon defeat.

Crown of Greed offers a repeatable dungeon-crawling experience with a focus on strategic combat and character progression.
