Gamift Terms of Service

The terms of this agreement (“ToS”) govern the relationship between you and Gamift and its affiliates (hereinafter “Gamift” or “Us” or “We”) regarding your use of Gamift’s digital game codes, gift cards, websites, and related services (the “Service”). In this agreement, “Gamift” refers to Gamift located at Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. “Gamift” also includes affiliates, which shall mean subsidiaries, parent companies, joint ventures, and other corporate entities under common ownership. Use of the Service is also governed by Gamift’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
For residents of the United States, you also agree that any disputes with Gamift must be resolved on an individual basis through final and binding arbitration as described in detail in Section 8 (Dispute Resolution).
